# Product overview

RealCredi is **not** an LMS-first catalog. The growth wedge is verified skill evidence employers can trust — but the app still includes a full LMS, teams, payments, and admin CMS.

## Positioning

**Courses** = prep. **Mentorship** = guidance. **Coaching + verified evidence** = hiring wedge.

## Default career tracks

Admin-editable at `/admin/career/tracks`. Defaults (seeding does not overwrite admin edits):

2. **Data & Analytics**
3. **Digital Operations & Marketing**

Inactive tracks must not appear on the marketing home.
