Career retention emails
CMH retention uses the notification dispatcher + email templates (coaching-session-booked, coaching-session-reminder, cmh-retention-nudge). Cron jobs under learner-retention.job send session reminders (every 15m) and a daily incomplete/weekly/idle/coach-pull sweep. Profile preference emailNotifications gates non-forced email. Push (FCM/web-push) is deferred until email open/click rates prove out.
